One (1) pet per unit, subject to prior written approval by Landlord and compliance with this Policy.
Dogs are permitted only if the dog’s weight does not exceed thirty (30) pounds at full maturity.
Pet rent is 2% of the monthly rent.
Tenant is required to maintain renter’s insurance that includes pet liability coverage for the duration of the tenancy.
Minimum required liability coverage: $300,000 per occurrence.
This Policy does not apply to legally recognized service or assistance animals, which will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
